- Digital Content — Downloadable materials, guides, worksheets, or other digital products offered from time to time.
The availability of any product or service may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any offering at any time.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.
5.3 Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order. This confirmation does not guarantee product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative.
5.4 Shipping
Physical products (books, apparel) are shipped to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available for select items — check the product listing for details. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
6. Refund and Return Policy
6.1 Digital Products
All sales of digital downloads, digital editions, and other non-physical content are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or made accessible. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a digital product, please contact us at beconsultingsolutions@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it.
6.2 Physical Products
Physical items (books, apparel) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition.
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
6.3 Speaking Engagements
Cancellation and refund terms for speaking engagements are governed by the applicable Master Service Agreement signed at the time of booking.
6.4 Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email beconsultingsolutions@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will provide a full replacement or refund, no questions asked.
7. Health, Recovery, and Wellness Disclaimer
Me and the Matter creates content rooted in personal experience with recovery, mental health, and community healing. Nothing on this Site — including books, social media posts, digital content, or spoken words — constitutes medical advice, mental health treatment, or professional counseling.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Me and the Matter and Brandon Ellis Bynum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or its products and services.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
- We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on this Site.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. 10. Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof — including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate — shall be determined by binding individual arbitration in Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), before a single arbitrator.
The arbitrator shall have authority to grant any remedy or relief that a court could order. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
This arbitration clause does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court for matters involving intellectual property or unauthorized use of our content.
11. Class Action Waiver
YOU AND ME AND THE MATTER AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
No arbitration or proceeding shall be combined with another without the prior written consent of all parties to all affected arbitrations or proceedings.
