Part I
The Noise
Before this language became a tool, it was a weapon. Before silence became peace, it was a test. These are the sound waves before clarity.
“I spent years fighting the noise before realizing I was searching for a frequency.”
About the Book
ME & THEM explores identity, addiction, memory, sexuality, shame, and transformation. These poems examine what happens when the noise of the world collides with the frequency inside you.
The tension between “Me” and “Them” is not simply external. It is a conversation that lives within every person navigating survival and self-recognition.
This collection offers language to experiences that often feel impossible to explain — and invites readers to recognize the voices shaping who they become.
Inside the Book
Part I
Before this language became a tool, it was a weapon. Before silence became peace, it was a test. These are the sound waves before clarity.
Part II
The external forces, the projections, the voices that shaped and scarred. Recognizing the patterns, the people, and the power they held.
Part III
The turn. Where survival becomes something closer to living. Where the question shifts from “why” to “what now.”
Final
The signal beneath the noise. The voice that was always yours. Not the end of the work — the moment you admit the signal is real.
“But the danger in stillness is that you start to believe stillness is who you are. That your silence is your story.”
